Happy hour

Did we get the crispy pig ears?  Well, of course we did.  You don't see that sort of thing on a menu and not order it.  They were all right.  Nothing to blow your mind.  A little like calamari, maybe, but not as firm.  Or delicious.  Everything else was great.  Oysters, charcuterie.  Oh yeah.

The bartender mixed up one hell of an absinthe suisse...


I shall return.  The dinner menu needs to be investigated.
