Dining on the road home

Austin, TX

When I'm in Austin, I like to have migas for breakfast:

Beer for lunch:

 Bar-B-Q for dinner:

And these?

These I like to have as often as possible.  Careful.  They're addictive.

Just curious: what does MIGAS mean? :)
I'm following this comment so you may answer here and I'll get it by email...

Migas are breakfast tacos, more or less. Saute chorizo (Mexican sausage) with onions, mushrooms, torn-up tortillas, jalapenos, bacon and eggs. Let some cheddar cheese melt all over it and serve it with salsa and warm flour tortillas. Delicious, especially if the prior evening was soaked with beer and whiskey!

ahaa, got it.
I love bacon, chorizos (in Spain too) and tacos but never heard them mixed like that.
Sounds perfect 'brunch the next day' as you said! :)
Thanks. Now I've learned something new, 'Migas'...
Have a great day!
